Bahan :
- 350 gr daging ayam. potong sebesar 2 x 2 cm
- 100 gr rebung kalengan, potong sebesar batang korek api
- 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
- 2 bh tomat, potong persegi
- 20 lbr daun kemangi
- 5 br daun jeruk purut, iris halus
- 1 cm jahe, memarkan
- 1 btg serai, ambil bagian yang putih, iris serong halus
- 10 btr bawang merah
- 10 bh cabe rawit
- 1/2 sdm garam
- 4 bh cabe merah
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- Tumis bumbu halus bersama jahe sampai harum. Tambahkan daun jeruk dan serai, aduk sampai daun jeruk layu.
- Masukkan tomat dan ayam, aduk sampai daging ayam berubah warna. Tambahkan rebung dan tuangkan 200 ml air.
- Masak sampai ayam empuk. Masukkan daun kemangi, masak sampai air habis.
- Angkat dan sajikan panas-panas.
